We have been lucky...
We finally received word that my cousin is ok. Perfectly fine even. She hadn't gone to work today, although she couldn't explain why. No matter. I'm glad she stayed home and is safe.
Watching bits on TV still, people are being removed from the Victoria Station by "panicked" policemen, as they seem to have found a suspicious package there. Hopefully it's just something someone has left behind and nothing dangerous.
The news has slowed down a lot, so it might be best if I get my kids ready for bed. As always, I'll make sure that the last thing I say to them before they go to sleep is "I love you".
Please don't forget to tell your loved ones how you feel about them often. "I love you" can never be said often enough.
