Happy Saturdays?

Today started off with beautiful sunshine and Kyle making breakfast for him and Courtney. It's not often he'll do things like that, so I was quick to tell him how proud I am of him and how clever he is.

Unfortunately it doesn't look much like we're going to get the chance to enjoy the sunshine this morning as my house-keys have gone walkabouts.. LOL. Kyle remembers holding them, he just doesn't remember where he put them. Ooops.

So it looks like we'll be spending the morning searching the house for my keys. Chris isn't going to be much help in the quest, as he's still in bed. Typical teen "It's the weekend, so I'm not getting up!" hahaha.

Kelsey, poor thing, has been helping me look after Kyle and Courtney this morning. she SO wishes there was school on the weekends too. See, Kyle isn't a very socialble kid, he prefers to be on his own with me, so when all the kids are home it tends to turn into a warzone.

Luckily for me I've learnt to blank out most of it and only react when it gets bad, like when they're flooding the bathroom etc.

I do love my Saturdays though. It's the day when my mother takes all 4 kids off my hands so that I can have a break, and gawd knows I need it by the time the weekend comes along.

Every now and again she'll take Kyle for a whole week, which is both good and bad. The good points are that the kids get a break, I get to relax and the fighting stops. The bad point, and there's only one, is that he comes back totally hyped up from all the sweets and stuff he's had that whole week...lol

Oh well, you win some, you lose some eh? Anyway, time to go on a treasure hunt. wish me luck in finding my keys ;~)

Hello Blogger,

Hi, my name is hoe bing and I am on a search for the latest information on ADHD.

Initially I was surfing websites to find information on youth with adhd but I found a whole heap of pure commercial content that led me nowhere.

It was such a relief to come by your blog and find some useful information. Thank you! I really enjoy your personal approach to the entier subject (talk about days that are tough)

Personally I am working on a holistic approach to adhd and would value your input greatly.

I have a blog and also a subscriber following who would definitely benefit from your insights on adhd.

If you could take a moment to visit adhdpodcaster and make a comment, it would be very much appreciated.

P.S Would you be interested in joint venturing and researching adhd solutions?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Warmest regards,
Hoe Bing
